{FEATURE} Salted Caramel Cupcakes

OMG!!!!! I love salted caramel everything!  I can't wait for Starbucks to put the Salted Caramel hot chocolate back out for the winter (UPDATE- Oh yeah- had one this morning and it was awesome)...I drink one almost everyday!
